MAKE CARAMEL CAKE OR ANT NESTS

Welcome to my blog. Today I wanted to share a recipe to caramel cake or often called anthill. Why is it called an anthill? Because the texture of this cake perforated like an anthill. This cake can be enjoyed in any setting, while drinking tea / coffee afternoon, or enjoyed while Eid or any celebration.

Materials needed:
8 chicken eggs
250 grams of flour
500 grams of sugar
½ can of sweetened condensed milk
100 grams of liquid margarine
1 tablespoon baking soda

How to make:
1. For two of sugar, one part put into a pan, let it melt and then add to boiling water and set aside.
2.Enter eggs into a container with a half-portion of sugar and stir until blended baking soda do not need to use the mixer.
3.The mixed, add the flour, stirring until it is completely flat again.
4.Add solution of the sugar, stirring constantly last add the milk and liquid margarine.
5. Put the mixture into a pan that has been spread with margarine and sprinkled with flour.
6. Bake at 170 degrees about 30 minutes.
Ready to enjoy ....
